Student email and network access

Learn how to access your ACAD webmail account and our network.

Email accounts

All students receive a web-based ACAD email account, which includes a directory of ACAD community members and groups. To get your ACAD email, sign in to Web Service by using your nine-digit student ID or staff ID numbers. Once you’ve registered, login to your webmail account.

Network access accounts

As an ACAD student, you’ll receive a Network Access Account that gives you access to a range of services. Sign in to Web Service by using your nine-digit student ID or staff ID numbers.

Your network access account gives you:

  • An ACAD e-mail address

  • Computer access and laptop connections 

  • 1 GB of personal disk space (accessible from all campus computers 

  • Access to campus printers and specialty printers in the IOLAB (additional charges may apply)

  • Access to licensed software (installed on ACAD-owened computers)
